Founder, Younglabs — partner across your child's learning journey
Engineering gold medallist · ISB Postgraduate · Building Younglabs across Foundations, Academic Excellence, University & Beyond
Noida, India
Sanjeev Sharma is the founder of Younglabs — your partner across your child's learning journey. An engineering gold medallist and ISB Postgraduate, Sanjeev started Younglabs in 2021 to build a serious academic partnership for Indian children at home and abroad. The Younglabs journey runs across three connected buckets: Foundations (handwriting, foundational English, mental maths and spoken confidence), Academic Excellence (all the academic work — English, maths, school and senior sciences, social studies, accountancy, business studies), and University & Beyond (Compass early college guidance and SAT preparation). Global languages sit across the journey — including Hindi and Tamil for mother-tongue retention, and French and German for global exposure.
As a parent of two children (ages 16 and 7), Sanjeev is living both ends of that journey. That experience shapes what Younglabs teaches, how teachers are trained, and how progress is reported to parents — including the many families raising Indian children abroad who want continuity with home academics, mother-tongue retention, and global language exposure on timezone-friendly slots.
Today Sanjeev leads product direction, curriculum standards, and teacher quality at Younglabs — recognized with the 2026 World Wide EdTech Award and trusted by 10,000+ parents across 15+ countries (4.8/5 from 1,010+ Google reviews). Sanjeev writes here on the full journey: Foundations for young learners, Academic Excellence through the school years, University & Beyond planning for teens, and the specific questions Indian parents raising children abroad face.
