At Younglabs, we understand that you may need to cancel your enrollment in one of our courses. We have developed the following cancellation and refund policy to be fair to both you and our company.
If you need to cancel your enrollment in a course, you must send a written request via email or WhatsApp to our customer service team at least 24 hours prior to the course start date. If you cancel within 24 hours of the course start date, or if your request is received less than 24 hours prior to the course start date, the course will be considered started and you will be subject to a minimum cancellation fee of 25% of the course fee. Any refund amount will be prorated based on the percentage of the course you have completed. For example, if you have completed 50% of the course, you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for courses that have been completed in their entirety.
If you have paid for a course and have not yet started it, you are eligible for a full refund if you request it at least 24 hours prior to the course start date. We try to ensure that all refunds are processed within 5-7 business days or lesser once approved.
We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund.
