• • Our platform is meant to be used mainly by Parents and all login and contact information collected is for ‘parents’ only. Children may not use our website or apps to themselves create accounts or provide us with any information.
• • Children may however use our website or app to take classes that parents have signed up for them under parental supervision.

• • We request for consent to message people on WhatsApp on the first screen of our mobile App. We will not message anyone without this consent.
  1. • For users who are not on WhatsApp they can opt to provide a phone number. In case they have booked a trial class with us, they should expect to be reached out on this phone no.
• • Just collecting email does not work with us as e-mail is not real time checked and coordination for live classes needs closer co-ordination.
• • Social Channels: Information provided by users during interactions on social channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, etc.
• • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing behaviour and preferences on our website and mobile app.

As an online education company that conducts live classes, we require contact information such as messaging or WhatsApp phone number to coordinate with users for live classes. It is not possible to coordinate for classes without such information.

One of the main use cases of our app is for users to book trial classes with us in addition to attending live classes in purchased courses. Coordination related to such trial classes requires us to be able to contact our customers, who are usually parents, over a phone or through messaging applications. Parents have to agree to provide this information to us in case they are looking to engage with us related to trial classes.

• • Mostly, when you delete any of the information provided by you or when you delete your account, on the Platform, the same will be deleted from our servers too. However, in certain cases, we will retain your information for as long as it is required for us to retain for the purposes stated hereinabove, including for the purpose of complying with legal obligation or business compliances.
• • Further, please note that we may not be able to delete all communications or photos, files, or other documents publicly made available by you on the Platform (for example: comments, feedback, etc.), however, we shall anonymize your Personal Information in such a way that you can no longer be identified as an individual in association with such information made available by you on the Platform.
